Welcome to your introduction to billing. After this set of videos, you will be more familiar with the overall claims process. You will become familiar with how a claim relates to EDS, Fast attach, and insurance companies.

As always, watch the following videos and have your manual with you. It is best to take notes and ask your training manager as many questions as possible. The more questions you ask the more in-depth your knowledge will be.

After you watch the videos and your in-office training you will be given a quiz and your training manager will grade your comprehension. If you pass both sections you will be moved to your home office.

Billing is the backbone of any office. Your job is vital to everyone around you because if this is done correctly patients will be happy, staff will be happy because we can pay them and also give raises and we will be happy because our offices can function properly!
