Welcome to the insurance verification learning area.

Ideally, you have already gone through the introductory videos for our new team members. If you have not already done so it is best to view the videos here.

In the following videos, you will learn how to properly fill out an insurance verification form (IVF) and how to enter this information into open dental.

There is a manual that accompanies these videos so make sure you have that manual before starting the videos or else it will be very difficult to follow.

After you are finished the videos you will be trained by your training manager. When you are ready they will give you a written test to complete. They will also grade you on your insurance comprehension before allowing you to work on your own.

This is the best time to ask as many questions as possible. The more you learn now the less help you will need in the future and the more valuable team member you become.
