Hello and welcome to our team!
We are so excited you will be joining us and we want to make sure you get the best training possible.
Below you will find a series of videos. Go through each video and take notes. You should have been given a booklet to go along with these videos. Take full advantage of the manual, videos, and your trainer’s knowledge to become a master team member.
Once you are properly trained you will receive a written exam and your trainer will be grading your comprehension. Once you pass both tests you will be sent to your designated office to continue your growth.
If you have any questions please ask your manager. There is no better time than right now to learn all there is to know about our offices.

The video below shows you how we greet EVERY NEW PATIENT. We want to be consistent at every office so that our patients know what to expect.
You should download the RDA script and follow along so you can be well prepared.
As you will see Sam does not follow the exact script but rather she has made it her own. We want you to hit the main points but you can customize the scripts to give your own personal flavor.

Now that you have a good foundation of knowledge, let's give you a good understanding of how the make appointments and the various appointment colors.
Congratulations on starting your orthodontic journey. Orthodontics is very different than general dentistry so the following videos will help you learn the basics.
Your training manager will help you with the practical part of orthodontics but this will give you a good start. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask!
